Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture key client accounts within the logistics business
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Understand client requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions
Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Prepare MIS reports, account reviews, and performance updates for clients
Ensure timely contract renewals and adherence to SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in
Key Account Management / Client Servicing
(Logistics preferred)
Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree required
