Act as the primary point of contact for key clients for all operational requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments (logistics, procurement, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflows.
Manage end-to-end order processing, documentation, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain and update client records, job sheets, and MIS reports accurately.
Track and report operational performance and highlight delays or concerns proactively.
Ensure adherence to company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Address client queries or complaints promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Assist in billing coordination, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation related to key clients.
