Role Overview

We are looking for a

Key Accounts Executive (Female)

with excellent communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting software demos, daily client coordination, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

product demonstrations

for clients and prospects. Handle

day-to-day coordination and monitoring

of client operations. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to ensure customer satisfaction. Support account growth and retention initiatives. Work closely with the technical and sales teams to address client needs. Maintain documentation and follow-up reports on client activities.

Requirements

2 to 5 years

of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing (preferably in BFSI or Software industry).

Excellent communication skills

in

English, Kannada, and Hindi

(mandatory). Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

Female candidates only

(Client-facing role). Based in

Bengaluru

and comfortable with client visits as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
