Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and retention goals
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
Negotiate contracts and renewals where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Key Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical and presentation skills
