Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions in coordination with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
Monitor key account performance and generate regular sales reports.
Resolve client issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with client needs.
