We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing domestic clients. You will be the single point of contact for operational coordination, service excellence, and client satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams (operations, billing, transport).
Monitor daily service delivery, pickups, and escalations to ensure high client satisfaction.
Understand client logistics needs and coordinate accordingly with internal stakeholders.
Proactively resolve delivery delays, documentation issues, and other service challenges.
Prepare regular MIS reports and client performance reviews.
Maintain strong client relationships and upsell relevant logistics services.
Ensure timely invoicing, POD collection, and payment follow-ups.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Basic understanding of logistics operations (FTL, PTL, Last-Mile, etc.)
Hands-on with Excel and client reporting
Problem-solving and coordination mindset
Ability to handle multiple clients with competing priorities
Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language a plus)

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
