About the Role
Techmagnate is looking for an experienced Key Account Director to lead client relationships,
drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest levels of delivery excellence. You will be the
trusted advisor for CXO-level stakeholders, responsible for client retention, upselling, and
delivering measurable ROI through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
(CXO/VP/Director-level).
Build long-term partnerships and position in Techmagnate as a strategic
growth partner.
Strategic Account Growth
Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling
of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services.
Own account P and L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts.
Business and Delivery Oversight
Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensure
world-class execution.
Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with client
objectives.
Leadership and Mentorship
Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of
client-first thinking.
Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence.
Insights and Advisory
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to present
actionable insights.
Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing
strategies.
What We're Looking For
12 16 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting firms,
handling enterprise-level accounts.
Proven track record of managing multi-million INR accounts and achieving revenue
growth.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage CXO-level
decision-makers.
Business acumen with ownership of P and L, revenue targets, and account expansion.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a team towards excellence.
