ENSURES THAT ALL SUPPLIERS ARE PAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH TERMS AND THAT TRANSACTIONS ARE CODED ACCURATELY BEFORE BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE GENERAL LEDGER


OVERSEES ALL FUNCTIONS RELATED TO THE MONTH-END CLOSE, INCLUDING TRANSFERRING INVOICES AND CASH RECEIPTS TO THE GENERAL LEDGER AND RECONCILIATION


RESPONDS TO ALL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING QUESTIONS, CONCERNS AND INQUIRIES


Develop strategic plans for setting up shared services center for assigned finance/accounting activities


Benchmark shared services organization against other companies to identify and implement process improvements


Maintain and run assigned allocation models for Actual, Forecast and Plan, as required


Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase overall efficiency and accuracy


Update assigned models to accurately reflect requested changes to allocation rates and other business rules housed within the allocation models
