Job description : Position Overview : The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, market analysis, and exceptional communication skills. Should be a champion of both conventional marketing and internet marketing. Key Responsibilities :Market Research and Analysis :- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitors.- Analyze customer needs, preferences, and industry dynamics to inform business development strategies.Lead Generation and Prospecting :- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, online platforms, and referrals.- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on alignment with the company\'s objectives and capabilities.Sales and Relationship Management :- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while establishing new client relationships.- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.Partnership Development :- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the company\'s market presence and offerings.- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.Proposal and Pitch Creation :- Prepare compelling and customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to showcase the company\'s value proposition to potential clients.- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and operational feasibility.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 5 years plus of Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.- Preferred Experience in Food Industry, Hospitality, Medical, Agriculture or FMCG. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.- Excellent English language communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and partners.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.- Results-driven attitude with a track record of achieving targets.Extras : - Parent company has 50 acres of lush green organic farms.
