JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Success/ Key Account Manager WHAT WE DO?KarmaLife (Onion Life Private Limited) is a financial solution that addresses the unmet liquidity needs of India's gig and contract workforce. KarmaLife captures real-time data associated with work and financial transactions, and applies machine learning & AI to viably provide relevant, affordable and easy-to-use financial services, including credit, savings and insurance. KarmaLife partners with employers and aggregators of blue collar workers to package these services as financial wellness benefits that in turn enhance worker productivity and retention.WHAT YOU SHALL DO?We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships in alignment with company objectives. The three essentials for this role is building trust, directory of partner needs + relationship building. 1. Invest + develop relationships based on trust with existing employer partners of the company.2. Expand already existing relationships by proposing solutions that fit their requirements and create continuous implicit & explicit feedback loops. 3. Achieving scale in partner users by devising and executing relevant profiles and marketing/communication strategy. 4. Be on top of ensuring that product related information or delivery is timely and accurate. 5. Act as a liaison between internal growth team & external teams. Quick resolutions, both internal & external, that require trust and a detailed understanding of team dynamics. This requires familiarity with Operations, product, Tech and Marketing departments. 6. Be ready for troubleshooting, firefighting as & when issues or problems arise and act in compliance. 7. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of numbers and forecasts to internal teams by working with partner SPOCs8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Data management: including the use of spreadsheets, documenting & staying on top of follow ups.Learning & Adaptability: Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning + self-improvement and the ability to quickly adjust to new processes, tools, and market conditions, showing flexibility in a dynamic environment.Communication and Client Handling: Exceptional skills in handling client communications, addressing concerns efficiently, and maintaining a positive client experience.Location: Hybrid role, Bangalore.Mandatory: Experience working with fin-tech or staffing/HR companies in account management or customer successBonus: Experience in BPOs, manufacturing, staffing, field sales led businesses.
