Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production line activities and task allocation.
Monitor workflow, timelines, and quality at each stage of production.
Liaise between masters, tailors, and finishing teams.
Identify and resolve production delays or bottlenecks.
Support sample development, fittings, and priority couture orders.
Monitor overtime (OT) hours, ensure approval compliance, and report OT utilization to management.
Skills & Experience
Experience in garment or couture production environments.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of stitching, finishing, and production processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
