Job Description


Drive consistent MQLs and pipeline through outbound & inbound marketing campaigns including email automation, LinkedIn outreach, paid campaigns, and marketing automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute Bulk email & outreach campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, nurturing drips) to targeted accounts using Apollo, Brevo, and HubSpot. 2. Run multi-touch demand generation campaigns aligned to sales and product initiatives 3. Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to launch campaigns that generate high-intent leads. 4. Implement and manage marketing automation workflows for MQL to SQL journey and track conversions in CRM. 5. Analyze funnel performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, MQL to SQL ratio, and ROI. 6. Launch and manage targeted paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn) to accelerate reach and qualified traffic. 7. Support ABM campaigns with segmented messaging, dynamic email sequences, and personalized content delivery. 8. Build dashboards and present weekly/monthly campaign performance to the leadership. Key Skills & Tools: 1. Demand generation, email marketing, ABM strategy 2. Tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Zapier. 3.
