We are looking for an HR Recruiter who is proficient in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
Candidates who can speak all three languages will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic interviews for various positions across different regions.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate databases and update daily recruitment reports.
Understand job requirements and ensure quality sourcing.
Communicate effectively with candidates in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in
Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada
(knowledge of all three is highly preferable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
