Requirement Gathering:

Understand client objectives, business needs, and marketing goals.

Outbound Calling:

Make calls to potential customers to introduce digital marketing solutions and generate interest.

Sales Pitch:

Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to individual client needs.

Inbound Call Handling:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to digital marketing services.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on leads.

Sales Goal Achievement:

Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.
