Job Summary

The Kannada Teacher is responsible for teaching Kannada language and literature to students, developing their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and fostering appreciation for Kannada culture and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Kannada language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum Plan and deliver engaging lessons using appropriate teaching methods Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials Assess students through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations Maintain student attendance, progress records, and grades Encourage correct pronunciation, grammar, and writing skills Promote interest in Kannada culture, history, and values Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Kannada or related field (B.A./M.A. Kannada preferred) B.Ed & D.Ed (mandatory for school teaching, as per institution norms) Good command over spoken and written Kannada & English Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and classroom management
Experience

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply Teaching experience in schools/colleges is an added advantage
Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills Patience and passion for teaching Ability to engage students of different learning levels Basic computer skills (online teaching tools preferred)

Pay: ₹10,540.64 - ₹13,506.73 per month
