Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach Kannada language (reading, writing, grammar, and literature)
Prepare lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
Encourage students to develop strong language skills
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in academic meetings and school activities
Support students' overall academic development
