Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Kannada Teacher

to teach Grades

9 and 10

under the

CBSE curriculum

. The teacher should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports language development and cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver

well-structured Kannada lessons

aligned with the

CBSE syllabus

for Grades 9 & 10. Design

lesson plans

,

assignments

, and

assessments

in accordance with the academic calendar. Prepare students for

Formative and Summative Assessments

, including

Board Examination readiness

. Foster the development of

reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

in Kannada. Incorporate

innovative teaching methodologies

such as audio-visual aids, storytelling, and digital tools. Evaluate and record students' progress, providing

constructive feedback

for improvement. Create a

positive and disciplined classroom environment

conducive to effective learning. Encourage students to appreciate

Kannada literature, culture, and heritage

. Coordinate with other subject teachers for

interdisciplinary learning activities

. Participate actively in

school events, language weeks, competitions, and cultural programs

. Maintain updated

student records

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree

in Kannada or relevant field.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

with specialization in language teaching (Kannada). Minimum

2-5 years of teaching experience

handling

Grades 9 and 10 (CBSE)

. Sound knowledge of

CBSE curriculum and assessment guidelines

. Proficiency in

spoken and written Kannada and English

.
