Roles and Responsibilities
Academic Leadership:
Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of the Kannada curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
Faculty Management:
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate department staff, promoting professional growth and a collaborative atmosphere.
Curriculum Development:
Lead initiatives to update teaching methodologies and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Student Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their interest and proficiency in the Kannada language.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
