Strong understanding of LDC, HDC, and B2B FMEG product categories.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis for sales forecasting.
Ability to interpret commercial contracts and pricing structures.

Primary Sales Achievement (Builder Segment)
Drive branch-level primary sales across LDC, HDC, and B2B FMEG categories.
Approve pricing strategies within defined guidelines.
Secondary Sales Achievement (Builder Segment)
Achieve individual secondary sales targets through effective account management.
Recommend promotional schemes for builder accounts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct minimum 4 strategic meetings per state annually with builders, contractors, and consultants.
Initiate engagement plans and propose strategic partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Recommend product/service enhancements based on insights.
Named Accounts on Long-Term Contracts
Manage top builder accounts under long-term rate contracts to ensure consistent revenue.
* Negotiate contract terms within approved frameworks.
