Responsible for building strong client relationships and driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and managing existing key accounts across the HR services and training portfolio.
KRA: Task / Activities
Identify and onboard new clients for Recruitment, HR Consulting, Audits, Payroll & B2C training.
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships for repeat and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Track leads, client proposals, and conversions through CRM/excel tracker.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and represent Vedita Ventures at events.

Monthly new client acquisition target
