Kaleido Architecture is looking for a business development manager to join the team.
Kaleido is a high-end Interior design & Architectural design firm. We have worked on prestigious projects in Retail design, Salon and Spas interior design, food courts and Office interior design.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients
- Lead Generation and Securing new work in commercial and residential interiors by targeting commercial real estate industry which include real estate consultants, international property consultants, developers-builders and project managers in MNCs
- Understanding clients requirements, ratifying RFPs and pursuing the complete sales cycle
- Develop a BD strategy to manage and set targets
- Drive BD efforts through traditional channels as well as social media to generate leads, enhance brand visibility and increase sales
- Work closely with other team members to develop pitches and presentations that meet clients needs and expectations
- Representation at industry events, conferences and trade shows
Requirements:
- Qualifications - MBA/Interior designer/Property consultants
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Self starter with excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and connections in commercial and residential interiors projects
- Experience in managing complex sales cycle with B2b selling process
- Experience in working architecture, interior design, real estate or related fields
