Expertise in CNC Machine Maintenance - Electrical and Electronics circuits reading , Ladder diagram readings and modifications, PLC Upgradations skills, Electrical Panel building skills required Strong electrical and mechanical diagnosis skills and guidance to team Machine upgradation skills and future vision is required Focus on His area Maintenance activities and control is must Skills for drives and PCB boards repairs will be additional advantage Pokayoke and kaizens implementation for rejection and controls Hands on experience for CNC m/cs like Mazak and grinding machines like Toyoda and Landis machine maintenance Expertise and hands on experience in Fanuc , Rexroth & Siemens controls and basic mechanical systems Review & map -Monitor performance of the line/section Establish job priorities and time frames for personal reporting to him Prepare & Finalize AOP budget with his Manager ; get approval for his line/section. Monitor, co-ordinate , control the activities of personnel reporting to him Monitor and control performance of EP25C Monitor and control the planned activities of his area to improve Availability Training & control of the team for achieving performance of his area Strong in Preventive and predictive maintenance execution * Overall align EP25C maintenance activities to achieve Plant Goals
