Team Leader - Crankcase & Cylinder

Daily production planning with respect to S &OP Plan Maintain daily management controls & reports on line Effective communicator as a line representative & maintain healthy relationship with CFT depts. Material management (Input/output/ In-process) on Production line Maintain safe & Healthy working conditions on production line Analyse Incidents, Non-conformance, Customer complaints, Line rejection & implement corrective action on root causes Complete activities/projects for line performance improvement/ target achievement with respect to Safety, Productivity, Quality & Cost

Additional Skills

Knowledge about HMC/VMC machine programming(Fanuc/Mazak) 7QC, Quality Circle, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, ENCON, SPC Expertise in 5C machining processes Must have knowledge about ERP related transactions * Sound knowledge of IMS
