Optimum utilization of resources to maximize the efficiency of production line to achieve daily targets Aware about Quality Environment and Safety standard their implementation on respective assembly lines Carry out responsibilities in line with OCPs. Prepare and maintain IMS Documents & records. To monitor, Control & Improve process performance measures & improvement plan in his area To train and develop multi skill Team Associates. Investigate Accidents and initiate the Corrective and preventative action on Safety incidences Implement Corrective & Preventive actions related to Quality related Incidences. Attend training programs as per schedule. To maintain & improve housekeeping & safe work practices in his area. Updating daily performance to Group Leader / Unit Leader. Knowledge about ERP system and related transaction on system. Product and process audit of assembly line * Responsible for improvements related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Quality Cost and Delivery
