:

1. Establish best process and practices through market research for implementation of new Assembly tools, fixtures and facility


2. Support new Product and process development strategies and identify implementation techniques for the new product with CRE and AE


3.Review, analysis and implement actions for non-conformance, customer complaint and line rejection


4. Ensure completion of DFM, DFA, Engineering changes management and Routings and Execution of Make and Buy decisions 5.Prepare and Execute Revenue and CAPEX budgets and Capacity and Manpower calculations with respect to AOPs.


6. Manage over all process related planning, designing and monitoring the activities to support production process


7. Execution of process change management for Continual improvement through productivity, Quality, cost and Safety


8.Identify and Drive productivity Improvement, cost Reduction and Quality improvement projects


9. Collaborate with CRE / AE, CME, Quality, Maintenance / Utility and other CFT for smart manufacturing process design and implementation as like low cost automation, poka-yoke, etc.


10. Plan for effective Layout changes, design and manufacturing of Storage and material handling to drive Lean manufacturing 11.Support in Analysis at different stages at Storage, material handling and manufacturing at Stores, Assembly, testing, panting and packing process for New product implementation


To do above job following re the skills sets required:


1. Knowledge of Assembly, testing, Painting and Packing process, preferably in Engine


2.Knowledge of tightening techniques, material handling system and equipment's


3. Knowledge of Engine and Genset terminology and their measurement methods


4. Knowledge of systems ISO/TS, APQP / PPAP / PFMEA / EHS / Kaizen/ 5S and lean manufacturing practices


5. Knowledge and Experience in handling of testing software, drafting (Autocad) software, EWAP system, Engine and Genset Troubleshooting


6. Knowledge of different types of sensors, CRDI Engine and troubleshooting of Engine and Gensets


7. Basic knowledge about Electrical circuits, PLCs, firmware, ECU and GCU related software
