Familiar to maintenance work practices as below


1. Attend machines under breakdown. Maintain machine history cards.


2. Establish, review & monitor Machine Spare Management System & maintenance expenses, oil management system within line/section.


3. Plan and execute Planned, Preventive, and Predicative Maintenance Activities for machines and equipment's.


4. Timely update & get approval for QMS/EMS document.


5. Implementation of QHSE Objectives, Targets & Programs & get approval from UL.


6. Prepare, review & update status of Corrective & Preventive actions, implementation of actions generated through various


7. QHSE audits, Incident Investigations repetitive, Major, costly Break-down.


8. Overall performance of his line/section.


9. AOP Budget & Maintenance Expenses of his line/section.


10. Project commitment & Improvement within line/section.


11. Accident, Incidence's, non-conformity etc. & its action plan within line/section.


12. Administrative, legal & statutory requirements.


13. Subordinates work when on leave or Absence.
