Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Spring Boot AWS Snowflake Apache Flink Kafka Connect and Kafka. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies and data streaming platforms to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Spring Boot to meet business requirements. Oversee the deployment and management of applications on AWS ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. Provide expertise in Snowflake to design and implement robust data warehousing solutions. Utilize Apache Flink for real-time data processing and analytics to drive business insights. Implement and manage Kafka Connect for seamless data integration across various platforms. Ensure reliable and efficient data streaming using Kafka to support real-time applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with business goals. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical implementations.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Spring Boot and AWS. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics. Have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time data processing. Show proficiency in Kafka Connect and Kafka for data streaming and integration. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
