Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apache Flink Python Snowflake KSQL and Kafka. Experience in the hotel domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative solutions and drive impactful results in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable data processing solutions using Apache Flink to enhance data analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines using Python and Snowflake. Utilize KSQL and Kafka to streamline real-time data processing and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management and governance. Provide technical expertise and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and solutions. Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to support knowledge sharing and team development. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Participate in agile development practices to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Apache Flink Python Snowflake KSQL and Kafka with a proven track record of successful projects. Experience in the hotel domain is a valuable asset providing insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies. A commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations. A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field is preferred.
