Position Title: Kafka Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Developer to design, develop, and maintain Apache Kafka-based streaming solutions. The candidate will work on building real-time data pipelines, optimizing Kafka clusters, and integrating Kafka with various systems to support large-scale, high-performance data streaming and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Kafka producers, consumers, topics, and streams.

Build and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.

Optimize Kafka clusters for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Integrate Kafka with databases, applications, and other streaming tools.

Implement Kafka security features such as ACLs, encryption, and authentication.

Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka performance issues.

Collaborate with data engineering, development, and DevOps teams.

Maintain Kafka documentation, configurations, and monitoring dashboards.

Stay up to date with Kafka releases, best practices, and emerging tools in the streaming ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5-8 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event streaming systems.

Strong knowledge of Kafka architecture, cluster management, and message delivery semantics.

Proficiency in Java or Scala for Kafka stream processing.

Experience with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and related ecosystem tools.

Understanding of real-time data processing and distributed systems.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
