Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end curriculum design for K-12 covering all major subjects.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, learning outcomes, and teaching resources aligned with NEP 2020 and other academic standards.
Conduct research on best practices in pedagogy, experiential learning, and curriculum innovation.
Guide teachers through training, workshops, and classroom implementation support.
Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data, feedback, and classroom observations.
Collaborate with academic teams, school heads, and subject experts to ensure curriculum quality and consistency.
Support integration of technology, activity-based learning, and 21st-century skills.
Ensure inclusivity, differentiation, and child-centered approaches in all academic material.
Review textbooks, workbooks, and digital content for accuracy and relevance.
Drive continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes.
Requirements
B.Ed + Master's degree (Education/Subject specialization or equivalent).
5-10 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development.
Strong understanding of K-12 pedagogy, NEP guidelines, and modern learning frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead academic teams and conduct high-quality teacher training.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.
