Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes.
Manage and supervise sales staff, allocate duties, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and resolving queries/complaints.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and security of jewellery items on the showroom floor.
Monitor sales performance, achieve monthly targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Coordinate with billing, stock, and back-office teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, and safety/security protocols.
Train and motivate team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Handle VIP customers and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory requirements.

Knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery products and market trends
Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments

Good understanding of inventory control and retail operations
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Diploma or training in retail management (preferred)
Experience in jewellery retail is mandatory/preferred (as needed)
