The Jewellery Floor Manager is responsible for managing daily showroom floor operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, supervising sales staff, and maintaining jewellery display, security, and compliance standards. The role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and customer-centric skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Drive showroom sales targets for gold, diamond, silver, and luxury jewellery.
Handle high-value customers and assist in closing premium sales.
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales executives and counter staff.
Prepare staff rosters and manage floor manpower.
Ensure proper display of jewellery as per brand and visual merchandising guidelines.
Monitor cleanliness, lighting, and overall showroom presentation.
