Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java technologies across both frontend and backend, with strong exposure to enterprise integrations, microservices architecture, data modeling, and cloud environments. Hands-on experience in loyalty, subscription, rewards, or customer engagement platforms is a must.

Key Skills & Expertise

10+ years of strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. Experience in frontend technologies (ReactJS/Angular/Vue preferred). Expertise in backend development, REST APIs, and microservices. Deep understanding of data modeling, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and message queues. Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud ecosystems. Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Practical understanding of security standards, authentication protocols, and payment/gateway integrations. Require GenAI integration or AI-powered architecture design exp.
Must-Have Experience

Proven track record in designing or delivering Loyalty Management, Rewards, Subscription, or Customer Engagement platforms. Deep functional and technical understanding of customer journey, personalization, and engagement APIs.
