Product Manager - II (Jupiter PRO)

The Product team at Jupiter enjoys a very unique position in the organisation. We are in the middle of the action with most of the critical decisions running through the team. We are a group of cross-functional teammates responsible for product management, product marketing, user experience, and product analytics. We are also tasked with the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for our products.

About the team:

Jupiter PRO is a product for Jupiter's power users. We aim to curate the best of Jupiter for our power users. Our objective is to drive engagement on the platform in the short and medium-term and monetisation in the long-term.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own the product definition and execution. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and build an actionable product roadmap.

- Work with cross-functional teams (such as Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing) to create and implement a decisive product plan from product development to actual production. You own the execution.

- Set your product's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Jupiter's mission and drive maximum impact. You should understand numbers and what they mean.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Minimum 3- 4 Years of core Product Management experience

2. Proven track record of launching and scaling ser-centric products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10

3. Demonstrated good understanding and application exposure of UX, UI, user thinking in real life scenarios

4. Deep understanding of user psychology, emotional triggers of the end users to build deep engaging products

5. Ability to hustle and keep a balance between process vs execution and data vs intuition

6. Strong written and verbal communication: Ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas, communicate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders (which includes technical and business teams)
