Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build relationships with potential customers to meet customer acquisition targets (B2C)
- Own the BTL Outreach to develop and maintain plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie ups with Colleges and Universities to grow the business
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business development & directly involved in product launches
- Prior Edtech sales experience would be an advantage
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
- Ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively.
- Excellent Communication, Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
- Outstanding teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
