The

Retail Sales Executive

will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment. This role involves interacting with customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Sales Representative will also work closely with the store manager and team to maintain store standards and contribute to the overall success of the retail business.

Roles & Responsibilities:



o Develop and implement effective sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

o Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

o Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities to drive business growth

o Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

o Travel for field sales and product demonstrations

Qualifications:



o Bachelor's degree preferred

o Previous retail sales experience ( 1-2 years preferred )

o Knowledge of the coffee industry or interest in learning about coffee products is a plus

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage, persuade, and interact with potential customers

o Own and use a two-wheeler for sales activities (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
