Experience as a Network Security Engineer or equivalent knowledge.
Sound networking background supporting multiple firewall platforms such as Junipers, Palo Alto, and Cisco.
Experience with Juniper SRX platform with firewall security policies is a plus
Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP, IPSec, VLANs, system hardening, and troubleshooting.
Analyze needs and recommend effective solutions to meet user and business objectives. Effectively document all resolution steps in clients and Capgemini electronic tracking systems.
MSS responsibilities include change requests, integration, support/troubleshooting, upgrades.
Work with vendors to resolve problems via ticketing portals and escalating issues to team lead and/or management as needed.
Meet with partners as needed. Provide regular status summaries and reports to team lead and/or management as required.

Responsibilities

Candidate\'s primary responsibility is responding to alerts generated and may participate in upgrades and other activities.
Candidate may be asked to work directly with and interface with customers.
Working in a NOC, you will be responsible for maintaining networks for our Managed Services\' customers
Handle network/security policy tuning and change requests and configurations
