Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, deploy, and manage Juniper Mist Wireless solutions in large enterprise environments.

Lead and support Cisco Wireless to Juniper Mist migration projects

Configure, monitor, and optimize networks using Mist Dashboard, Marvis, and AI-driven analytics

Troubleshoot complex wireless, LAN, and WAN issues with minimal downtime

Manage and support Fortinet firewalls, including security policies and best practices

Collaborate with global teams to support US-based banking clients

Ensure network availability, performance, and security aligned with enterprise and financial compliance standards

Participate in change management, documentation, and network audits

Provide L3-level support and mentor junior engineers when required

Required Skills & Experience :

7-10 years of overall network engineering experience

Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Mist Wireless

Proven experience in Cisco to Juniper Mist Wireless migration

In-depth knowledge of 802.11 wireless standards, RF design, and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall configuration and management

Experience working in enterprise-scale network environments

Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network security fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications :

Industry certifications such as:

CWNP (CWNA / CWDP / CWSP)

CCNP Wireless

JNCIP-ENT / JNCIS / JNCIA

Experience working with Banking or Financial Services clients

Exposure to AI-driven networking and automation tools

Strong documentation and communication skills.
