Manage the company's registration and profile on the GeM portal.
Upload and update product/service listings, pricing, and certifications as required.
Track and respond to bids/tenders/RFQs on GeM.
Coordinate with internal departments to prepare required documentation for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines.
Handle order processing, invoice generation, and timely dispatch of goods/services.
Liaise with buyers (government departments) to clarify orders, ensure fulfillment, and gather feedback.
Monitor contract validity, renewals, and performance evaluations.
Prepare reports and MIS related to GeM activities.
Train and mentor junior team members on GeM processes.
