Kotlin Developer Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date of the latest Kotlin back-end applications development trends and technologies, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning. Uphold a dedication to crafting clean, maintainable, and well-documented code throughout the development process. Innovate and implement cutting-edge backend applications features using Kotlin. Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Create high-quality, reusable code across various platforms. Test and debug software applications and resolve technical issues Continually evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Work closely with Front-End Developers and UI/UX Designers to create user-friendly software interfaces Follow and enhance existing development processes Measure and optimize application performance Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, senior developers, and business partners for tasks such as work planning, idea sharing, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing and maintain meticulous records of task status and progress, providing regular updates to project teams and managers Assist team members in ensuring architectural compliance, validating functional accuracy, and adhering to relevant industry standards.

Mandatory skills

0-2 years experience in back-end applications development using Kotlin. Strong knowledge of the Kotlin programming language and back-end applications development Good Experience in Spring Web MVC framework & Hibernate ORM framework Good experience in Tomcat or other similar application servers Good experience in 'war' and 'jar' packaging in Java or Kotlin Good experience in Maven Knowledge in JSON Familiarity with software development principles and design patterns Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Web applications to back-end services Familiarity with PostgreSQL database Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred skills

Proficiency in Git and using version control systems for collaborative development. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Experience in client-server communication Knowledge of Redis

Kotlin Developer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experiences. Previous experience as a Kotlin Developer. Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Experienced candidates may apply for this position

This position is the working from home position and

Must have wired internet via fiber broadband Must have inverter or UPS with 12 hours minimum backup time and Must connect fiber broadband modem and its related devices to this UPS or inverter - This requirement applies to countries where power outages or power-related issues may occur.
