Lead Protection & Control / Secondary Engineering activities for Power Networks, AIS & GIS Substation Projects.
Review and finalize scheme drawings, control wiring diagrams, interconnection cable schedules, ensuring technical accuracy.
Conduct protection coordination studies for non-unit protection (ETAP / SKM) and relay setting calculations for unit protection.
Lead Auxiliary Systems (LV AC & DC) design and ensure seamless integration.
Provide expertise in SCADA / SAS, Telecom & Tele-protection systems design and implementation.
Ensure all designs comply with international standards, quality, and EHS policies.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, review their deliverables, and ensure project quality.
Lead coordination with clients, suppliers, primary engineering teams, and project managers.
Participate in and supervise FATs / SATs; provide field support during commissioning.
Ensure customer-oriented delivery, adaptability, and problem-solving under high-pressure EPC environments.

Qualification & Experience
Education: BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech in Electrical / Power Systems.
Experience: Junior 5-10 years/ Senior 10-15 years in High Voltage Substations, Power Networks, or Switchgear & Protection Panel Manufacturing.
Preferred: Experience in North American projects; exposure to testing & commissioning of numerical relays.
Knowledge & Skills
In-depth knowledge of Protection & Control Systems, SCADA/SAS, Telecom & Tele-protection.
Strong expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP, SKM.
Knowledge of Primary Engineering, Power System Studies, and field commissioning.
Strong leadership, planning, delegation, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication (written & spoken English).
