Role Purpose
The
Junior Performance Marketing Executive
will be responsible for the
execution of digital ad campaigns
across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role focuses on accurate campaign setup, timely updates, and performance reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage
daily ad campaigns
on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Create and update new campaigns with
accuracy and attention to detail
.
Work with design teams for
creatives/copies
when required.
Monitor campaigns regularly and report key performance metrics.
Prepare
daily and weekly campaign performance reports
for review.
Ensure adherence to budgets and campaign timelines.
Support Performance Marketing Manager in day-to-day execution tasks.
Required Skills & Tools
Hands-on experience in
Meta Ads
(mandatory).
Knowledge of
Google Ads
(preferred).
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
for reporting.
Basic knowledge of
Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM
preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years
of performance marketing experience.
Background in
D2C/fashion e-commerce
preferred.
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
