Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Detailing & Drafting Specialist with exposure to international projects in the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will create accurate, detailed CAD drawings, collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants, ensure adherence to international standards, and support the design/construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for hospitality, residential, and commercial buildings. Interpret architectural and structural design intent, transforming sketches, Revit/BIM models, early concept drawings into fully detailed CAD documentation. Develop and maintain accurate drawings of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), facade, interior finishes, millwork, and joinery as required. Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and best practices (e.g. ISO, ASTM, local building codes in project locations). Work with cross-functional teams (architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers) to coordinate drawings and resolve conflicts. Coordinate with procurement / fabrication teams - generate shop drawings, details for fabrication. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client specifications. Manage revisions and version control of drawings. Assist with site coordination and support during construction phases (as needed) - interpreting site conditions and updating drawings accordingly. Maintain drawing libraries, CAD standards, blocks, symbols, templates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
