Welcome to TEACH - Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired, a college committed to providing higher education and holistic development to students who are deaf and hard of hearing. Located in Sion, Mumbai, and Delhi, we have influenced the lives of over 350 exceptional students through our dedicated and unconventional approach to educate Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. Our 3-Dimensional Holistic Development Model integrates Bilingual Methodology, skill development, and personality development to foster a comprehensive understanding, career readiness, and positive behavioural attitude.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for economics courses.

2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking.

3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts.

4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and achievement.

5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons.

7. Stay current with developments in the field of economics / commerce and educational best practices.

8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant data.

9. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
