What You'll Do
:
Be the go-to guide for clients implementing the YouTube Funnels Framework -- handholding, motivating, and keeping them accountable every step of the way.
Conduct 1:1 strategy sessions to review scripts, thumbnails, and content direction (minimum 4 per month).
Track and monitor client progress through dashboards and reports -- spotting gaps before they become problems.
Ensure clients stay consistent with uploads, funnel execution, and performance reviews.
Host "Hackathons" and success reviews (with Varun's checklists) to push creative boundaries.
Share insights, wins, and next steps with clarity and confidence -- because communication is everything.
A sharp understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
Experience with funnels, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Stellar communication and time management skills (non-negotiable!).
A self-starter attitude -- accountable, organized, and solutions-first.
Basic editing or thumbnail knowledge (a bonus if you're creatively hands-on).
A passion for helping creators and coaches build digital authority through YouTube.
