Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all academic and co-curricular activities for the junior wing (Nursery to Class V).
Ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations, including timetables, attendance, and discipline.
Monitor teachers' lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
Maintain regular communication with parents and address student-related concerns effectively.
Plan and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and classroom observations.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and educational guidelines.
Organize and oversee school events, competitions, and celebrations for the primary section.
Prepare academic reports and assist in the evaluation of students' performance.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve institutional goals and maintain academic excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum
4-5 years of experience
in a reputed school, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command over English and effective communication abilities.
Ability to manage teachers and young students with patience and empathy.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, school ERP systems, etc.).
