Coordination & Support

Work closely with store teams, buying, and operations departments. Support inventory planning through data-driven feedback. Assist in VM audits and reporting. Maintain records of VM activities and performance results.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising

Assist in executing visual merchandising standards across stores. Support window displays, mannequins, table setups, and floor layouts. Ensure VM execution aligns with brand guidelines and campaign themes. Maintain display quality, cleanliness, and product presentation. Assist during new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes. Conduct regular store checks and support VM compliance.
Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze sales data to evaluate product and display performance. Track KPIs such as sell-through, stock movement, and category performance. Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products based on data. Measure sales impact before and after VM changes. Prepare basic reports and dashboards using Excel. Share insights and recommendations with VM and retail teams.
