BetweenIT is a Dubai-based creative marketing agency with an active production hub in Kochi. We work with global brands and local clients to create high-impact visual content, and we're expanding our team!

Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate Junior Videographer to join our creative production team. If you love capturing compelling visuals, telling brand stories through videos, and working on diverse content - from product shoots to corporate films - we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Lead in filming shoots for in-house and client projects

Operate cameras, lighting, and basic sound equipment

Support post-production with footage handling and rough cuts

Collaborate with the creative team on concept execution

On-location and studio shoots as required

Requirements:

Well-versed with Sony camera systems

Video editing skills are a bonus

Understanding of framing, lighting, and composition

Ability to take creative direction and work as part of a team

Passionate about storytelling through video
