We're looking for a Video Editing Fresher who thinks visually, edits with speed and intent, and loves experimenting with short-form, ad-style videos. What You'll Do:

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook ads Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content Add transitions, on-screen text, sound design, colour correction, and strong pacing Create multiple video variations for A/B testing and performance marketing Adapt editing styles based on brand guidelines, audiences, and campaign goals Collaborate closely with designers, scriptwriters, and the creative director Turn unstructured footage into clear, engaging visual stories Follow internal SOPs, naming conventions, and organised folder structures
What You'll Bring:

Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and effects Strong visual sense for pacing, hooks, and storytelling Interest in performance marketing and ad-style video formats Ability to adapt quickly to different client styles and industries Attention to detail with audio syncing, noise cleanup, and exports Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve with every project
