About the Role
We are looking for a
creative Video Editor
who can also support
basic graphic design work
.
The role focuses on
editing short-form videos and creating creatives
for social media, internal marketing assets, and brand communication.
This role is
fresher-friendly
and suitable for candidates with
0-1 year of experience
who are comfortable with tools like
CapCut, Canva, and Adobe software
.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce engaging videos for:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Short-form promotional videos
Use
CapCut
for quick, trend-based video edits
Create and edit designs using
Canva
(posts, stories, thumbnails, banners, etc.)
Use
Adobe tools
(Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop - as applicable) for advanced edits
Add
transitions, text animations, music, and basic motion graphics
Ensure videos align with
brand guidelines and visual identity
Work closely with the internal team to understand content requirements
Stay updated with
current social media trends and editing styles
Manage multiple editing tasks and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in
video editing for social media
Working knowledge of:
CapCut (mandatory)
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop
Canva
(preferred)
Basic understanding of:
Video formats and resolutions
Social media content trends
Creative mindset with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and accept feedback positively
Preferred Skills
Experience editing content for
brands, creators, or agencies
Understanding of
Instagram and YouTube content trends
Basic thumbnail or post design experience
